A lower intensity 6-month coaching programme meant for somebody who is about step, or recently stepped, into a CI role. We make sure you understand the expectations of management, tips and tricks to implement changes and help to ind the right resources to grow.

A higher intensity 4-month programme meant for somebody who wants to learn and successfully apply a certain aspect of Continuous Improvement through video calls, frequent check-ins and on-demand assistance. This way, you can implement that new tool with confidence.

You are an experienced professional tasked with taking on a CI role (becoming pillar leader, rolling out a new OpEx programme, taking the next step in Performance Control,...). We will work out your plan together, coach actively for 4-6 months, with mail and phone support up to 12 months.
