I love to share any of the CI topics from my videos with a larger audience - be it a training or a speaking event; in-company, online or for a large audience.

My experience with training groups is extensive and I'd be happy to design a training program that fits your needs. Participant engagement is key for successful trainings, so the style of a live training is always more interactive than a video, also when the training is online.

Online teaching

Much of my online teaching is available absolutely free - I've been publishing videos to YouTube at least weekly since the summer of 2020. It was hard to find good continuous improvement and Lean content at that time, so I decided to at least share my experience and give to the CI community.

In the fall of 2022 the first paid online course became available, and more will follow to fill a performance excellence academy over time.
